Rooster & Rice is a San Francisco Thai chicken & rice staple that outgrew its scrappy early-day branding. As they expanded, the visuals and messaging started to feel inconsistent across locations and touchpoints. This project focused on building a more professional, cohesive brand system—one that could scale with the business while keeping the personality that made it a local favorite.
