Do you accept work outside of the
food & beverage industry?

We absolutely do! We’re just very choosy about it. View our Work page to see work we’ve done within and outside of food & bev.

How long does a project
usually take?

Depending on the project, it can take anywhere between a few weeks to a few months. Projects that are more complex will naturally take more time. With that in mind, we always strive to be straightforward with our clients about timeline and expectations.

How much does a typical
project cost?

We typically create our scopes of work based on time and materials, while consulting with you on the most practical approach forward for your needs. With that said, we do offer three packages - the Restaurant Website, the Brand Essentials and the Brand Premium.

Your packages don't suit my needs.
Do you do custom packages?

Yup! Every project is unique. We won't try to jam your project into a package that it doesn't fit in. You can tell us a little bit about what you need on our Contact page and we'll find something more suitable for your business.

Branding Questions

I just need a new logo. Is that
something you can do?

We know that a company's brand identity is a key part of building relationships with their customers, so we take it very seriously. A one-off logo might not come close enough to providing that kind of value for our clients for a number of reasons, and because of that, we no longer do one-off logo projects for clients.

Can we still work together?

While most of our work involves helping businesses build or rebuild their brands, if we can help bring your already awesome brand to the next level, we're here for you! We'd love to hear what types of 'brand-hancements' we can help you achieve.

Can I design my visual identity
without a brand strategy?

This is a tricky question, so I'm going to go ahead and say yes and no. If you're a brand new business that's just getting started then you probably don't need a comprehensive brand strategy right away. But if you're a business that's been around for a few years then I'd say absolutely yes.

At the end of the project do I get
full rights to all of my assests?

Yes! Once the project is complete, we transfer ownership of all assets over to you. They're all yours.

I need my website designed but not
built. Can we work together?

Do you build websites that have
already been designed?

Our process isn't to first design and then build. They work in unison. We fully believe this is necessary to build you the best site for your business.

What do you use to build
your websites?

We build our sites in Webflow. We use this platform because it gives us (and you) the power to build fully customized sites, from simple landing pages to bigger, ecommerce platforms. We build each site unique to your business and Webflow allows us to do that comprehensively an efficiently.

Will I be able to upate my site
when the project is over?

Yes! The power of Webflow allows you to easily update your site's content. After the project is completed, we'll walk you through how to update your site using Webflow's editor. And, of course, we'll make ourselves available to you to for ongoing support should you need it.
